Tail assembly
Once you have the base together. Tighten all of the bolts - start at the platform and work down each level -Next put the tail together. Mount the wheel and place it on the stand. At this point you will have completed the assembly. You can leave the windmill like this or you can add as much of the vinyl trim as you want.
