After a short drive from Sidney still on route 385 there is a turn onto route 26 & 92. Here is Chimney Rock:

Near Chimney Rock there was a real working windmill (the kind that pumps water) It used to be that nearly every farm and ranch in the Midwest had a windmill to pump water for the cattle. In western Nebraska there are still some of these that remain and are still being used. Here are a couple that I found.
